Parsol – R1
Premium quality rotary vane vacuum pump oil
High-Performance Mineral-Based Vacuum Pump Oils
Mineral vacuum pump oils are engineered through precise distillation and refining of crude oil. While consisting of complex hydrocarbon mixtures, their performance is determined by specialized pretreatment and composition. These oils are classified into paraffinic, naphthenic, and aromatic groups based on their hydrocarbon structure and dominant characteristics.
For achieving particularly low ultimate pressures, carefully selected core fractions of mineral oil are essential. These oils demonstrate excellent thermal and chemical stability in most applications, along with outstanding elastomer compatibility and hydrolysis resistance.
Our product range also includes hydrocracked (semi-synthetic) oils, produced under high hydrogen pressure and temperature to eliminate aromatic compounds and olefins. These advanced oils offer superior thermal stability compared to conventional mineral oils, significantly extending service intervals while maintaining optimal vacuum performance.
